How Your Data Is Stored
Conversations are stored encrypted at rest. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit. Our infrastructure is hosted on providers with SOC 2 compliance.
Your message history is tied to your account and is deleted permanently when you delete your account.
What We Do Use
To make the companions work well, we process your conversations to generate responses. This processing happens in real-time and is not retained for purposes beyond delivering that response.
Aggregated, anonymized product usage data (like "users send X messages per day") helps us improve the platform. This is never tied to your identity or your specific conversations.
