The public website and waitlist use encrypted connections. Our privacy policy explains the data collected today and our current commitments. Product conversation storage, export, and deletion controls are planned launch capabilities and will be documented before they become available.

Boundaries we never cross

• Every companion is a fictional AI character, never a real, identifiable person.
• Nexani prohibits content that sexualizes minors; planned product safeguards include automated controls and human review.
• We are designing companions to refuse requests that cross defined safety boundaries.

You are in control

Planned controls include memory management, reporting, and data and account controls. Their final behavior will be documented and tested before launch. For the current website and waitlist, people can contact the team through the published support channels.
