Yes. Nexani is an adults-only (18+) product. We verify age at sign-up and do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 on the platform.

Double-check the email address you registered with and use the password reset link on the login screen. If you still can't get in, contact support@nexani.app and we'll help you recover access.

You can permanently delete your account from Settings at any time. Deletion removes your profile, conversations, and generated media within 30 days. This can't be undone.

Start free, then upgrade to Plus for unlimited chats, AI photos, and voice, or Pro to create and publish your own companions with creator tools. See the pricing section on our home page for current prices.

Open Settings → Subscription and choose Cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then stops renewing. No calls, no hoops.

Plans are billed monthly. We don't provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law. Cancel any time to avoid the next charge.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We never store your full card details on our servers.

Nexani strictly prohibits any content that sexualizes minors and any content depicting real, identifiable people without consent. These boundaries are enforced by automated safeguards and human review. Read our Trust & Safety page for the full policy.

Use the report option in-app on any conversation or companion, or email safety@nexani.app. We review reports promptly and take action including content removal and account bans.

No. Every companion is a fictional AI character. Conversations, photos, and voice are AI-generated and never depict real individuals or minors.

Companions build memory over time so your relationship grows. They recall details you've shared and reference them naturally in future chats. You can review and manage memory in Settings.

Yes, on Plus and above. You can ask your companion for AI-generated photos and lifelike voice messages within the app's content standards.

Pro members can create fully custom companions (personality, look, and voice) and optionally publish them to the public gallery with creator analytics.

Companions follow our content standards and will decline anything that crosses a safety boundary (for example, requests involving minors or real people). This is by design and can't be overridden.

Yes. Your chats are private and encrypted in transit. We don't sell your personal data and we never use your conversations for advertising.

Your conversations are yours. Custom companions you choose to publish are public, but the chats you have with any companion are not.
