1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Nexani ("the Service"), operated by Leonenko Group LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility (18+)
You must be at least 18 years old to use Nexani. The Service is an adult product intended solely for adults. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that it is legal for you to use the Service in your jurisdiction.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it current.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) create, request, or generate content depicting minors in any sexual or inappropriate context; (c) depict, impersonate, or generate content of real, identifiable people without their consent; (d) harass, threaten, or harm others; (e) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, hack, or disrupt the Service. Violations may result in immediate termination and, where appropriate, referral to authorities.
5. AI Companions & Content
Nexani provides AI-generated content for entertainment. All companions are fictional characters and do not represent real people. All chat, photos, and voice are simulated and AI-generated. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
6. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation
The Free plan is available at no cost. Paid plans (Pro and Network) are billed on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods except where required by law.
7. User-Created Companions
Network members may create and publish companions. You are responsible for the companions you create and must not create content that violates the Acceptable Use rules above. We may remove any companion that violates these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software associated with Nexani are owned by Leonenko Group LLC. You retain ownership of original content you create but grant us a license to host, display, and operate it as part of the Service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your settings.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Leonenko Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
