Content Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to prompts, messages, companion profiles, uploads, generated media, public listings, and other content submitted to or produced through Nexani. It supplements our Terms of Service.
2. Adults only
Nexani is for people 18 and older. Content that depicts, describes, sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a person under 18—or a character presented as under 18—is prohibited. Attempts to evade this rule through coded age language, school context, age regression, or similar framing are also prohibited.
3. Real people and consent
Do not create or request intimate, sexual, deceptive, or exploitative content involving a real identifiable person without that person's documented consent. This includes celebrities, public figures, private individuals, former partners, and non-consensual deepfakes or likenesses.
4. Exploitation and coercion
Content involving trafficking, sexual exploitation, credible coercion, blackmail, incapacitation, or the promotion of real-world abuse is prohibited. Fictional roleplay may never be used to solicit, coordinate, or normalize harm to an actual person.
5. Violence, self-harm, and illegal activity
Do not use Nexani to threaten or target people, promote terrorism or hate, encourage suicide or self-harm, facilitate serious wrongdoing, distribute malware, dox someone, or obtain controlled or stolen material.
6. Public and mobile surfaces
Public companion listings and the Nexani mobile experience are SFW. Mature fictional-adult material, if offered on a separately controlled web surface, remains subject to age, consent, legality, payment-provider, and regional availability requirements.
7. Enforcement
We may block a request, quarantine or remove content, restrict generation, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and report apparent illegal material when required. Automated controls may make mistakes; users may contact the safety team to request review.
8. Reporting
Use the in-product report control when available or email safety@nexani.app. Include the relevant companion or content reference and enough context to investigate, but do not email passwords, payment-card data, or illegal media.
