1. Respect for copyright
Users may submit only material they own or are authorized to use. We may remove or restrict material that appears to infringe copyright and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
2. Copyright notice
To request removal, send a written notice containing: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; the exact location of the allegedly infringing material; your name, address, telephone number, and email; a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.
3. Where to send it
Email notices to copyright@nexani.app with the subject “Copyright notice.” Email is the currently published channel; do not send illegal media as an attachment. Leonenko Group LLC must separately maintain any legally required designated-agent registration and address information.
4. Counter-notice
If your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice identifying the removed material and its prior location, explaining under penalty of perjury why removal was mistaken, providing your contact information and signature, and consenting to the jurisdiction and service requirements applicable under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We may restore material when legally permitted.
5. Misrepresentation and other rights
Knowingly submitting a materially false notice or counter-notice may create liability. Trademark, privacy, impersonation, and safety complaints should be sent to safety@nexani.app.
